So, I appreciate the fact that these cards come with messages already printed inside. I never know what to write inside a card. Their site is easy to use and comes with multiple templates that you can personalize with your brand colors, logo, and distinct style. With Paperless Post, bloggers can send out environmentally friendly holiday cards to their subscribers. This is where Paperless Post comes in handy. But rarely, if ever, do we swap mailing addresses. Running a blog is like running a business, and as a business, it’s nice to send out holiday cards to our subscribers. You also have the option to preview each feature as you personalize it. As you make your selection and personalize it, you can see how many coins it costs to send out each one. Then, you use these coins to customize and send your cards, letters, save the dates, invitations, announcements, and stationary. Each coin is worth about 40 cents, but you can get discounts as low as 10 cents per coin based on how many coins you purchase at a time. They’re purchased using coins that you buy and add to your account. These features include c over images, backgrounds, logos, and envelopes. You can browse through each category individually or search from a master list of events.Įach message option comes with a variety of design features. ![]() Paperless post offers numerous message options from cards to stationary and invites for multiple events such as holidays, birthdays, and weddings. Here is my experience sending out cards and invites with Paperless Post. I recently tested out Paperless Post’s services, and it took me back to those e-card days – only they’re a lot less cheesy than the jokey cards I used to send. Well, those days are back via a company called Paperless Post. When planning an event, there are a lot of moving parts to worry about being able to manage guest attendance easily is a huge benefit.Remember the pre-social media days of the Internet when we’d chat with our friends on AIM and send e-cards on our birthdays? I used to spend hours combing through the different card options, testing out various animations, and adding annoying songs and joke messages. I can completely manage my event’s attendance within the Paperless Post app. My personal favorite part about the app isn't even the invitations being sent, it’s being able to easily see who has opened the email and seen the invitation, who has RSVP’d, and who I might need to message within the app to remind about the event. I think the pros highly outweigh the cons of using Paperless Post for digital events and e-cards. While I’m not a big fan of the pricing structure in Paperless Post, I can certainly appreciate that the app is a business and this is how the developers chose to set it up. When you’re browsing, you can easily tap the heart icon to save any you might want to use later to your Favorites tab in the app. There is a large collection of beautifully designed cards for every occasion, with more designs regularly released. The card designs within the app make the app stand out from the crowd. For small events that won’t be a big deal and for large events it will likely still be less expensive (and definitely less chaotic) to send the invitations digitally than by mail. The one major drawback of Paperless Post is that the app charges two coins for each recipient you’re sending the invitation or e-card to. The last screen is where you’ll enter all of the recipients here you’ll also see how many coins you’ll be spending. If you’re sending invitations, the next screen will show you all of your options for managing the invitees. You can also select a backdrop, envelope, and envelope liner, each of which will also cost coins. Once you’ve chosen your paper, you can customize the text and images. You can search for something specific at the top or browse through the categories and designers to find the invitation or e-card you want to send. ![]() When you’re ready to create your first event or send your first e-card, you can look through the hundreds of cards available. ![]()
